1st you need to have been born a citizen of the USA.

"The President must be a natural born citizen of the United States (or a citizen of the United States at the time the U.S. Constitution was adopted), at least 35 years of age, and a resident of the United States for at least fourteen years."

Well I won't run because this country does not want anyone honest in office. I certainly am not like a JFK knockoff representing either party. I certainly will not blow whatever color smoke up anyones rearend.
In my class the guy voted to be the most popular went to prison for embezzlement. The guy most likely to suceed went there too for bank robbery. So why should I trust the popular person? Especially when I see that our governmnet is filled to the brim with them.

First, you need to inculcate in yourself a desire to quarrel.

Second, you need to have a company with your indirect control to supply weapons.

Third, you need to study what veto means.

Lastly, by asking that in Yahoo!Answers you already got 1% of chance to be next president of USA.

" First you need to be 35 or older and have a lot of money, millions to help your campaign"...

All of that is important...Additionally, it also helps if you're:

-White
-Male
-A Republicrat (No, I did not get confused here)
-Have a recognizeable name
-Able to flip back and forth on principles
-For the death penalty
-For "Don't Ask Don't Tell"
-Against gay marriage
