It took me a while, but I finally could say - that not too many people get to say these days: "I love my job". Then I got pregnant. I loved that "job" too. Now, I have my own business here at home (my husband helps me with it) - similar line of work as before - and I'm a Mom also.
Yeah, Iove it and I make decent money.

I love my job, but I hate the company I work for- so it's just a paycheck! I work in hospitality, and I truly love it- but the company that owns my hotel sucks! They are in the process of running this building into the ground by refusing to spend the money that it takes to keep it up. They are the shittiest company by far that I have ever worked for! They went in and adjusted every full-time employee's hours last pay period because they called a mandatory meeting that pushed everyone into overtime. I'm about ready to report them to the labor board to get them in trouble over it!
I am in college full-time for this year and the next, so I just keep trying to wait it out, but I do hope that something better comes along! It's hard though! I don't know what I'd do if it wasn't for Y! P&S

If you have the opportunity, always choose what you love over the paycheck. You will never work a day in your life. I know people that are like that. I wish I had known them when I was making all of those decisions. Thier life has been much easier, and more enjoyable than mine.

im a waitress at a retirement home. i love being around the people there, they are awesome, but i also know that i cant spend the rest of my life working a dead end job. so its just a job until something better comes along...
