Why do spouses cheat on each other?

I think the biggest thing that makes couples start to cheat is a break down of communication. If you can keep communicating how you feel then the problems generally get sorted, but if you stop talking then problems arise. Most things can be sorted out by discussion, if one part of the couple feels neglected but doesn't talk about it then the other part of the couple cannot either reassure or explain what is going on.

I'm not married so I can't say from personal experience. My best friend, however, is getting married and he cheats. He sums it up in three words:

Not enough sex.

He only gets it once or twice a month, and its probally not going to get better once they are married. See, if spouses would only take this aspect of a relationship more seriously...Im sure alot of problems could be avoided.

1. Sexual pervasiveness; One watches porn & expects the other 2 perform exactly what they saw. Thus sexual disatifaction

2. Peer pressure, if all workmates/buddies are cheating then one finds himself/herself the oddman out. So they go ahead and cheat too

3. Lack of self controll. A women always has 4 days in a mth for her periods so if her man cant execrise self controll he will cheat. Also after birth medicall a women had to wait atleast after 6 wks before resuming sex. some men cant wait 4 the 6 wks.

4. What you feed your brain/soul is what comes out. if you feed yrself with porn then cheating is the end result.

or what you watch! Soaps, movies u see it as a normal thing for someone to cheat on another. SO watch out what you watch.
