It's made up and hilarious. An accountabilibuddy just means you watch out for eachother and keep eachother out of trouble and on course, what a funny episode!

I believe it is just something that the creators came up with. Butters was at that Christian retreat to "fix" his homosexuality and each kid was required to have an "accountabilibuddy" to make sure that they didn't stray from the path of righteousness, I'm assuming. Quite funny.

An accountabilibuddy was the partner they assigned you at that place Butters went to to make him straight again since he was confused. Basically, the accountabilibuddy was suppose to keep their partner from having homosexual/confused feelings. They were suppose to assist their partner in becoming normal or un-confused.
