in the state of illinois were getting a divorce and im recieving a settlement from workmens comp and of course shell drag this out until i get my settlement is she entitled to a % mind u shes a house wife also in other words can she take my workmens comp money

who cares about the money.. You did obvoiusly love her at one stage because you married her. So what you are saying is that she deserves nothing because you had no children and that she was a mere housewife... Well remember the meals that she would have cooked you and the laundry that she would have done for you and all those other menial tasks that she would have done for you.... what is it with men and money questions... you'll make more.... why worry.. ask a lawyer...

I'd say she is entitled to a % of your income, weather its from worker comp or earned wages...could be wrong but she is entitled to something.
