I have very dry skin all winter long and I was wanting a soap or body wash that would help. I put lotion on every day or I use baby oil after a shower but I still have dry skin

Oil of Olay body wash works for me. But after my shower, for super moisturizing, I use something called Bag Balm. It is used by farmers for cow's udders that get cracked and dry from milking but works miracles on our skin too! It is very thick and greasy, like the consistency of Vaseline, but if you can just get past that and cover yourself with socks and gloves and long jammies and let it soak in over night, you'd be amazed at the results! It helped me get rid of a bad callus I'd had on my foot for a long time.

A few things you can do:
1. Make sure you are staying hydrated.
2. Winter heating causes the air in your home to become dry; run a humidifier.
3. When bathing, be sure to use a warm temperature, not too hot, dries out skin.

As far as bath soap goes, we use Aveeno (unscented) and I like Gold Bond Ultimate as a moisturizer. (My arms and legs feel yucky and itch a lot when I don't use it. My daughter has eczema and it really helps her as well.)

Hope this helps,
Mon :-)
