Is it possible if I have already had a master degree from university A, and apply to a master program from a better university B ??

I have already had a master degree in computer science from university A, and I would like to apply for a master program in computer science in university B which is a better university

Do you think the university B will deny my application if once they know I already have a Master's degree from the same field from another university ?

You can try. However, you probably won't get in. They would much rather give the slot to a well deserved undergrad than someone who couldn't get in as an undergrad, took the material somewhere else, and now want to repeat the work.

Much better that you apply for the PhD program at your school of choice.

first, there are no "PhD" courses.

second, I doubt they will let you in (unless you do not tell them about the first one).

Why not get a masters in another field that will make you more valuable. Business, Math or Stats come to mind.

in case you haven't any theory what you prefer to concentration on, then yet another degree's not likely that can assist you suitable now. Graduate, artwork for some years, narrow down your strategies, and then % what graduate software gets you the place you prefer to be.

I agree with Zen. Why would you want to waste your money like that, anyway? It would be more worth your while to take the PhD courses.
