When your period all ready started, I mean. I wasn't paying attention to when it was due and ended up drinking a LOT of caffeine, eating sugar, getting no exercise, etc this week. But tomorrow afternoon I need to start an intership so I have no idea what to do by then to make sure I'm not cramping up something horrible. The problem with pain reliever pills (all types, Advil, Motrin, Aleve, Pamprin, Tylenol, etc) with me is that I never know which one or which combo will work. Sometimes one does, and sometimes another. I will try to buy one of thos sticky heating pads tomorrow before 'work', but what else can I try since I have all ready started my period and just drinking water at this point would probably bloat me worse?

Any other techniques I can try on such short notice?

a water pill, such as dieurex will relieve the bloating, but many make you urinate quite frequently. Which could be a worse case.
