i want a website exactly like myspace and youtube.i want it to have a lot of things like games,videos,u could talk to your friendz,music,browsing pictures,and lots more

The short answer is, you probably can't. Both MySpace and YouTube are written and maintained by teams of seasoned programmers with many years of experience doing advanced web application and web site development. If you have to come to Yahoo! Answers just to even know where to begin, I'm sorry to say that you're a bit too late to the game. By the time you learn all of the technologies involved well enough to implement such a system effectively, the world will have moved on to something far more interesting.
But hey, don't take that as advice not to get into web development in general! It's a great field, very rewarding. I love doing it, and I encourage people who are interested to pursue it. Just don't get into it so that you can mimic something that's already been done... get into it so you can do your own things, things that are original and interesting and new.
I recommend starting with some Dummies books. The Dummies series is great for beginners because they don't assume the reader knows anything about the topic getting started - much easier to understand when you've never done anything like it before.

I recently created a website like myspace, but without the vidoes etc......... i took me 9 months to create! and im a web desginer lol........ but thats as i had projects to....... message me if you would like me to create you such website or use a web designer...... they have the skills.

I would recommend using NVU editor (www.nvu.com), it's free and wont tie you down to one method of editing. NVU pages can be transferrable to frontpage or dreamweaver html editor

For your hosting, I would use http://www.interkeys.com/tophosts to get one for a few bucks a month with 800 GIGs bandwidth and rich with features
its up to you how developed a site you want and if you want to use your own domain name
