If you had any comprehension whatsoever about what it takes to even RUN for President of this country you MIGHT understand that a person MUST be on a power trip to have any shot at getting elected, & a decent sized ego to go with it!

I believe he will feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to serve our country despite the hatred directed toward him by folks w little inclination to offer anything even resembling a solution to any of the issues we face as a nation......& YES relieved he doesn't have to be the target for everything wrong w your life & distorted view of the world.

Adding an extra 5 or 6 exclamation points and question marks doesn't add emphasis, man.
I don't know, i'm not in his head. If i were him i'd be relieved to be out of office; half of the country hates him. When he goes, the country will be ready to embrace the new leader, and end up hating him (or, dare i say, her) when something goes wrong for them.

He will be as sad as any CEO who has made a sh!tload of money by falsifying profits to drive up stock prices and then leaves just before it goes belly up. That is exactly what his presidency has been.

yes it's possible Bush is on a power trip, he might not want to leave in 2009, and you're right he will lose his power.
