DO NOT USE SILVER POLISH! It is abrasive and will cause more scratching of your instrument. Unfortunately there is no real way to rebuild the laquer on your saxophone without paying a professional to re-dip it. Just live with them, and when it gets too much, pay for a re-laquering.

clean and polish it with a soft cloth, don't try to rub out the scratches you will damage the coating and end up with a mess, eventually all sax's get scratched unless you don't use it.

Why? Those are your history with that instrument. Every mark is a testament to your time with it.
