Make a mixed CD of songs that make you want to move. Stop every couple hours and jog around the car a couple times. If you have to, take a 30 min nap. If you start getting tired you can jog in place in the car (move your legs like you are running).
Good luck, drive safe.

Have music on not too loud & not too soft or listen to talk radio, if it interests you. Have a cell phone with a hands free device & find out who is on your cell phone network, so you can talk to them while driving (I burn through 3000 mins or more a month on m2m or n/w on my cell).. Pack some snacks, but don't over indulge & have a caffeinated beverage (coffee, tea, soda pop, etc) handy. Keep the interior of the vehicle comfortable & take your coat off before you leave, so you don't get overly heated. Stop every couple of hours & take a break by walking around the car to stretch your legs. If you do get tired & nothing seems to help, find a rest area, restaurant or other safe haven & take a nap. When you need rest, your brain will slow down or shut down, makng you very dangerous. It is better to be late to FL than never. Have fun!!

Well get some great music to bring along for the long ride. Also if your going to Florida for pleasure invite a good friend or friends that will keep you entertained and someone who won't annoy or bore you. Good luck.

Drive only in day time and that too not for more than two hours in one stretch! Take rest from time to time!
