LOL - I am looking at these rents and mortgages and getting mad as hell....
I'm in NYC. If an apartment is listed in the Sunday paper below $1000 there's a riot at the address on Monday morning.....
My mortgage is a little under two grand....

Not nearly as much as my neighbors, but only because my grandparents own this house. We pay less than $400 a month, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a very large yard.

Nothing. My cat turns tricks so her pimp let's us stay here free. I just hate having to stay home to take care of all the kittens.
