I was told by someone to buy a deglosser - what is that? Is that TSP? I need to wash the baseboards and the kitchen walls. Please help!

Tsp or any kind of degreaser. I've been painting for thirty years and kitchens are the worst with baths the second with hair sprays on the walls.
You have to get it all off.

TSP is the way to go... make sure to start at the top & work your way down. You can buy it at WalMart or hardware store

TSP is the best way, just wear plastic gloves, it's strong.
