knuckle cracker... eeewww think of the crap underneath the finger nails.... yuck!

I'm a nail biter. When I was growing up, I was both but I took my mom's advice and stopped cracking my knuckles for fear of early arthritis. Guess if I had to be one, I'll stick with the nail biting but I know I shouldn't even do that.

Hands down a nail biter,knuckle cracking makes me cringe its like nails on the chalk board to me it freaks me out.

Neither, nail biters are putting all kinds of germs in their mouths and knuckle crackers get arthritis! Trust me!!

If you bite your nails, you get all of those germs from the things that bugs and animals touch. Flies love to sit on do-do and extremely gross stuff. They land on everything we touch and gag a maggot off a gut wagon, our nails have all of the crap the flies have on them in our mouth. Knuckle crackers end up with such large knuckles that it is almost impossible to lift your hands. I would rather suck my toes??????
