I would start with wheel balance,but it sounds like you have a universal joint (u-joint) problem.The reason I say this is because you put a load on the u-joints going uphill and they get more stress.The driveshaft is vibrating from the slop.

assuming you have not fitted tyres recently without balancing or repaired a punture without rebalanceing. it could be a bent wheel rim? try substituting spare for each wheel in turn! defective prop or drive shaft and or joints/CVs. unlikely to be wheel bearing but worth checking.

could be your torque converter clutch, next time this happens gently apply brake while giving gas if it goes away it's the torque converter if it's still there could be needing a tune up
