I research it unitl I do understand it.
I have been researching things I don't understand all my life, when I do finally understand something, I look for somthing else to try and understand.
Of course, everyone needs to know there are some things that can never be understood. Examples:
Men will never understand women.
Women will never understand men.

If it's something extreme then I just can't ever get it out of my head. I was watching Oprah once and Ricky Martin was the guest talking about his experience in Thailand after the Tsunami. He started talking about how the sex trade has gotten so much worse and how there just needs to be something done about it... he proceeded to say that there was a man arrested over there that paid to have sex with a 5-mo-old girl. I will never understand that and I will never get that out of my head. That must have been a year ago and I still think about it and I still get teary-eyed, (as I am now), whenever I think about it.
Another thing is I was just beginning to become friends with my neighbor and she has a 2-yr old son. My daughter and him get along perfectly so we started hanging out more and more. Her husband knocked on my door at 2am one night hoping that she was over here because he woke up to an empty bed. She wasn't here and he realized she was up to no good again. We live on a military base in Japan and she's throwing away her family and security to go back to Colorado to live with a friend that is living with her parents. She couldn't be more excited... I do not understand this and I never will - that she is EXCITED to leave her son behind. She will not see her son for AT LEAST 2 years. I could not fathom doing that to my daughter.
Another thing I can not understand - I just found out that one of my good friends back at home denied that she has a husband and daughter to her friends at school an hour away from home. I will NEVER understand how a parent could ever deny their child. I will never get this out of my head.

Try and figure it out, if that doesn't work ask my friends, and if that doesn't work... I observe and see what it does..
