yes, go here. www.vixy.net what you do is click on the video on youtube and get the link up at the top of the page. copy and paste that into the box on vixy. select which format you'd want, then click. no special software needed. you can view these on Windows Media Player or Quicktime.

i use firefox add-on videodownloader to download and flvplayer to play the video
