how to turn off 'checking nvRAM' at start-up, in BIOS?i dont want to press esc all the time?

someone said i can stop the 'checking nvram' step when switching my comp on, on the first screen, by going to BIOS..but where do i change it in BIOS? someone give me the steps. cos bios has no 'turn off memory test' option!

This would be labeled in the Bios as "quick boot". Enable it to turn off the memory check.
