you can use the "NET SEND" command from the Run menu

the syntax is "Net send message"

for example you want to send a msg to a computer named PC-2.

you would write:
net send pc-2 hey how you doing today?

alternatively, if u want to send msg to all the pcs on ur network
write:
net send * hey how u all doing today?

hope it helps

You may be able to use IM, but one way that is not in realtime is to use a shared calendar in Outlook.
