Does anybody know if the 4400 will be back on for more seasons to come?

I have Seasons 1 and 2 but I'm wondering if they canceled it or taking a long time to make new episodes. Tell me your thoughts, also maybe a rough guess on which month if it comes back

it will return sometime this summer. monk i think will return in july along whith psych

Season 3 is already aired and season 4 will air on the summer of this year.
