To-day was the day that I did not dare try to hold it, cause I would have shi*t my pants for sure, don't know what I ate but it gave me the worst case of the shi*ts that I can ever remember,

Depends, sometimes at work I have no choice but to hold it in for way to long, I usually go when I first realise.

I go when I realize I have to go. Sometimes I hang around though for no reason at all. Maybe i just don't feel like getting up or something. But, if I really, really, really have to go I go!!

depends on where i am....if i wana get outa there, then i'd go for the first option, otherwise i'd wait 4 as long as i can.
