Is this what happened to the 12 billion that went missing .
Halliburton runs the supply convoys and shipments and provides all the food water and other necessities soldiers and Iraqi's need .
SO a black market for extra food and water has developed and the 12 billion went missing on purpose to help support Americans promoting free enterprise .
We are getting them hooked on money like a heroin dealer who hands out free samples .
And we are getting the money back one bottle of water and a chocolate bar at a time .

Actually its probably more money that was stashed away from the UN Food for Oil program.

Remember when soldiers found pallets of cash from that that Saddam wasnt spending on food for his people.

The very fact that 12 BILLION was sent without any sort of oversight is just staggering to my mind. (I remember when a MILLION sounded like a lot of money......) How could we be so wanton with money when we are in such a deficit situation??? How could we squander CASH like that, when children in this country go to bed hungry every night?

Is America the new Robin Hood(lum)? Borrow from China and give to Iraq???
