iPod doesn't charge through USB 2.0?

I connected my iPod to a damaged USB port and it turned off. After that it doesn't charge through the other undamaged USB ports

hi lildan! not all usb ports are high-powered, which u need if u want ur ipod to charge when u plug it in. have u tried to use the usb ports on the back of ur computer? u might try powering down ur computer, then powering back up especially if you use windows - sometimes this unexpectedly fixes strange problems.
