Bossy or dominant?

My husband tells me all the time that I'm too bossy. I have to be while at work and when I get home, my husband keeps telling me that I'm no longer at work. I've been told as well that I have a dominant side. Whats the difference?

bossy is for general talk, dominant is more like for animals or in a relationship like kinky sex
