I have no knowdledge about cars yet but I learn fast and I am good in repairing broken house hold items such as electric fans, flat iron, stoves, and stuff... I can also install water pipes and I can do minor repair on doors and hinges. I don't know if that could help. But I really want to try...

Go to a community college and take a 2 year class in automotive repair and a class in body shop. That way in about 3 years you will become mighty employable. Then save , save and save till you can afford the building and tools and materials and advertising budget to get your unknown name on the market. Just remember. No experience and no background can kill you. Location, location, location is gold. Last but not least, Work at a junk yard for free for a while and learn to take them apart piece by piece.

if i were you i would buy a cheap 86-91 mustang. they're a dime a dozen and you can find one anywhere! Start be doing a complete body restoration which i personally think is the easiest to start. dont do anything mechanically until you have the body the way you want it. then a good 350 v8 or even a 305 would be great to put in...they are personally i think the easiest engines to put in...finally finish with the interior go with leather becasue they are easy to do and very rewarding in a restored car.. finally enjoy what you've done... should take any where from 6-10 months to do if you work 10-15 hours a week by yourself...awesome hobby..stay interested!!!
