What would happen if all the fabric and accessories on a crowded beach just VANISHED into thin air in daytime?

here is a story i made out of it:

The people on coco beach were unsuspecting. The sun is nice and warm, the surf is high, and the beach is full of people. Sunbathers, surfers, little kids playing in the sand. But there was an ominous air to all of it. and meggie could tell. she and her mother were vacationing there. but all she wanted was to get off the beach, and quickly. She felt that something bad was going to happen. Not life threatening bad, like a tsunami or anything, but something....embarrasing. She couldn't tell why she felt like that. She just did. She tried to ignore it.

She loved to surf, but had forgotten her board so she was just kicking it with her mom lying in the sand. Not exactly sunbathing but not exactly playing. Suddenly, The air seemed to freeze. The world and verything seemed to freeze. she heard buzzing, as if a swarm of bees was nearbye. Then everything became normal and for a second meggie thought the weirdness was over. then she heard a scream AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i'm naked!!!! some1 cried. then meggie realized she was naked too!!! so was everyone!! the sand toys were gone. leaving many crying children. She saw surfers trying to rush to shore. people were running to their cars and trying to wrench open the doors. Apparently there were no car keys either. LETS GO!! screamed meggies mom. they ran to their car trying to cover themselves up. when they got there the doors were locked. WHATS GOING ON??? screamed meggie. "borealis supremus" she heard some one cry. Then she saw the only clothed person on the beach. They looked like a mad scientist. She ran over to him. What is that?? she asked. "it is when nature automatically evicts anything not made by nature in a certain place. that place was the beach. "but our cars are still there" she said. 'but they werent on the beach, they were in the parking lot.". The parking lot, meggie thought. they had extra clothes in the car. she ran back there without a nother word to the mad scientist guy. looking back at the beach she saw many were using leaves as clothes and trying to hide in the ocean. "mom mom mom" she said as she reached the car. "break open the windows or something!" we have extra clothes in the car!! he mom used a heavy rock on the sidewalk and the window cracked open sending glass everywhere. "be careful getting in" her mom said. they carefully climbed into the car. they pulled on their clothes and got out again. "now what"? meggie said. they had no car keys. meggie noticed people had seen their idea and were cracking open their own windows, pulling on clothes. "we will have to walk to a payphone" her mom said. "your father will have to pick us up!" they went through the parking lot. Pandemonium was everywhere. people were running through the streets and cars were skidding to a halt. meggie and her mom quickly navigated their way to the sidewalk and found a payphone. "do you hav money mom"? meggie asked. "yes there was some in the car that i took". they inserted the coins and dialed her dads number. "honey, its me, Rebecca" her mom said. "we need you to come pick us up, dont ask why, you wouldn't belive us." she added. "acually i know what happened, its on the news!" her dad said. Looking back again at te beach, meggie realized there was a news crew there. "we will meet you at the chinese resteraunt at 44th street ok?" her mom said."bye" she hung up. they waited in the chinese resteraunt. Meggie knew it would be 4 hours till her dad arrived. It was a long drive from bakersfield to san diego. People had started calming down outside. Some were still naked though. meggie looked away. It was one of those days.
