you'll be fine, with a 60 you'll have a 72.07

Your information is incomplete.

The midterm counts as 15% of your grade, but usually that means 15% of your _total_ grade. You haven't told us what % of your class you've already completed. Since you're taking a midterm, I don't imagine you've already completed the remaining 85%, rather, something quite a bit less than that.

So you have a 74.2 in math. Tell us how much of the class you've taken already in percentage of the total grade (estimate if you have to), and we can give you a better answer.

Good luck, work hard, and stay away from drugs.

The maths test that you got 74.2 counts as 85% and your 60% would be counted as 15%. So,
(74.2/100X85)+(60/100X15)= 72.07

So, your overall points would be 72.07, a B, I guess. I hope this helps. :)

that depends on how much of your course that 74.2 consists of. if you're at the exact middle of your course, then 74.2 might be close to 35% of your grade. So
0.35 x 74.2 + 0.15 x 60 = 34.97 / 50 = 69.9%

If your teacher's nice, he'll round up and give you a C-

right now 74.2 = 85% of final grade = 63.07
and 60 = 15 % of final grade = 9
Those 2 added would be final grade = 72.0

I'm not sure about your school's system, but your grade could be (74.2 * (85%)) + (60 * (15%)) = 72.07

its. 74.2/100 * 15 = 11.13

60/100*85 = 51

therefore total; score would be 51 + 11.13 = 62.13 ...

yupz .. quite low ... do more homework ..
