okay lets break this one down..
Batman is probably one of the world's greatest ninjas...or at-least in the comic world...he has experience..has nifty gad-jets...has infinite money and resources at his disposal..he has defeated the likes of kgb beast...killer croc...
and lastly superman
Spiderman has super human senses, great reflexes, overtly strong. he has a great scientific mind..he has defeated the likes of rhino, electro, vemon,carnage etc
Spiderman is tough..but I'd go with batman due to his years of training and fighting experience..parker is still basically a pup

Spider-Man: Super power augmented, so he can use his spider sense to avoid attacks and got super human strength.
Batman: no super power but plenty of cool gadgets.
If it's pure fighting with their brute forces, Spidey will win coz he's too strong and too agile for Batman. But if Batman is using his gadgets, then hasta la bye-bye Spidey..

What is wrong with you people?! How could Batman possibly beat Spider-man?
Spider-man is MUCH stronger, faster, and more agile, and he can constrain him with webbing. And let's not forget about spider sense.
Batman may be a good fighter but he's completely out-matched.

i think batman for sure maybe spiderman could get a few good hits in but neither of them can fly so it would be even in that reagard spiderman has webs but batman is very stealthy. if they are in a sealed off room just 4 walls and a ceiling maybe i would give the edge to spiderman beacause of the webs but in the city i gotta go with batman

It'd be a close match, but I'd put my money on Spidey. He's got super-strength, speed, agility, web-shooters, spidey-sense, and he's a genius! Batman's smart, incredibly strong for a guy with no powers, and has more experience, but the only real advantage he has over Spidey is all the gadgets he carries around (all of which Spidey could easily avoid using his spidey-sense).

Batman. Even though Spiderman has got his spidey sense to warn him of danger, Batman is super-intelligent (2nd to Dr. Reeds) and he knows the weaknesses.
