Only a diamond will scratch another diamond, for this reason, jewelry should not be stored together. Also avoid wearing your diamonds while doing any kind of rough work. If you notice a loose stone setting, we recommend you to stop wearing your jewelry and visit a jeweler immediately.
Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to prevent your diamond from looking its best. Professional cleaning is your best option but until then you can easily clean the jewelry yourself. Using any mild liquid detergent and a toothbrush, gently clean your diamond jewelry. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a soft cloth. Learn More

Ultrasonic cleaner. You can get one cheap. The real expensive ones are too rough on things. A cheap one is fine. Never use a toothbrush or toothpaste on a piece of jewelry. This is hillbilly stuff. Get an inexpensive ultrasonic cleaner and use a dash of ammonia in the water. One part ammonia to five parts water.
