Leaders lead from in front, meaning they are ahead of general opinion, frequently. If everyone thought what a leader did, we wouldn't need a leader.

Leaders are unique, forward thinkers.

What makes a good leader is a person who works hard, helps his fellow people, has good character, helps others suffering around the world, and he/she makes sure if they tell America or whatever country that they will do something, they make sure theyll keep their promise and do it!

Someone who believes that the good of the people is paramount and who is willing to listen to all points of view but will not be browbeaten, bought or blackmailed into sacrificing his principles.
