Go to Microsoft website and write a mail in contact us and highlight that only for BILL GATES. They forward your letter to Microsoft's Head Quarter. Send a hand written Letter for Bill Gates also

The Bill Gates FAQ lists his e-mail address as
billig@microsoft.com
but this is probably not a good way to communicate - a letter to Microsoft might work better.
