Albany, NY Airport?

I'm likely going to be going to the Albany, NY airport on a Wednesday a little after morning rush hour. How hard is the airport to get to for someone not used to city driving?

Considering that Albany does not have a huge traffic problem and the airport is actually north of Albany, traffic should be no issue.
