I know that in South Carolina, the legal age of consent is 16 years old. Since she is 15 and you are 16, this could still be concidered rape. If a condom is used then I don't see a problem with it, its you guys body and you should be able to do what you want with it. Just don't go around bragging to people b/c it could get back to her parents, and if they are strick the might want to press charges. Im not saying that they will, I'm just saying that it could happen. Condoms are 99% effective and if they are used right then there should be no pregnancy, but you should always pull out to be on the safe side.

No it is not - age of consent is 16 and she is underage. If her parents found out they could have your son charged with statutory rape - even if it is consensual. And condoms are not 100% safe - it could break, tear and then what? Do you want your 16yr old to be a father so early in his life when it is just beginning. Rather teach him about sex and the dangers that come from it - unwanted pregnancy, AIDS etc and get him to abstain ( although that is going to be difficult if not impossible)

What do you mean "okay"? As long as they aren't spreading diseases or bringing offspring into the world, they have the right to do what they will with their bodies.

As more the second question, it depends on what you mean by "likely".
