It has nothing to do with the deck, my dear. It has everything to do with the sincerity of the person who uses it. I hope this helps.

By Sleevers, I'm assumning you mean slivers? A sliver deck can be quite annoying to the opponent but is highly effective. Especially if you have all the right slivers. For example, a Quilled Sliver can allow all your slivers to deal damage to an attacking or defending creature--a very useful ability against aggro/weenie decks.
However, it all depends on the type of deck your brother has. You can specifcally customize a deck to defeat your brother. Just keep in mind that when you customize your own deck, make sure you don't spread you cards too thin, meaning your deck should contain multiple copies of a card so that you have a higher chance of drawing them.
In conclusion, make sure that you have cards that either attack your brother's deck's weaknesses or cards that nullify the effects of his most powerful cards. Just know that the biggest creatures will not always win you games (although they may help). Good Luck.

I think by what you mean by sleeverer is sliver. I can see that you don't know a thing about magic. Instead of asking what deck you should use, you should practice and learn more how to play. A sliver deck is one of those decks that are for experienced players. Slivers are in the standard format. Okay I dont know if you know the standard sets but the next time you buy cards ask for a pre constructed theme deck in the core set.
The core set is for people who are starting out and all the cards in this set has simple effects and abilities. They are for beginners.
And I don't know what you're talking about a cheese deck?
Just remember, Magic is where you play as a wizard and its not what your deck is but how you play your deck. If you play it right you can beat your brother with any deck....

I don't like slivers, they kill everything I've seen in casual play. If you want to win, I suggest slivers, but it won't be too fun. I prefer customized two-color decks, but I have no idea what the hell a Cheese deck is.

I only have one suggestion to you.. make a black/white deck and get 4 wrath of gods and 4 damnations. Slivers sucks!!! Also look for a card called Tsabo's Decree because you can choose slivers and kill them all and remove any in their hand. what it says: Choose a creature type. Target player reveals his or her hand and discards all creature cards of that type. Then destroy all creatures of that type that player controls. They can't be regenerated. That is so much more evil. Too bad you can't use it to search their decks and remove them from the game.

I think you should sell all your cards to some other nerd and do something productive.
