Mr Seacrest was discovered by legendary game show creator Mel Griffin. One of his first jobs was hosting a kid's game show called "Wild Animal Games". He then got the gig on American Idol somehow.

I don't know if most people know this, but I remember Seacrest once came out on a reality dating show years ago. I think it was Blind Date. He also had his radio show in LA on Star. Still, I think American Idol made him famous. His dad Simon Cowell helped him out. =)

Yep, exactly. American Idol is what made him famous. He is okay as a tv show host, but.
he'd be a better game show host. :-)

By being so short, I heard he's as tall as a Ken doll. He'd jump into peoples pockets and sneak into parties. So serious... : )
