Chi-guy, you are right again. Man, you are good at getting this stuff right. Neocons see the world in black and white, all or nothing, my way or the highway. So it is just natural that the need 100% agreement. They are insecure when they don't get their 100% agreement. And have you noticed how when it is time to talk real issues they say things like Clinton did it, or they start name calling. They do this because they know that if they talk real issues they lose.

Do you see what I see...A landslide victory for the Democrats in 2008 both in the presidency and Congress? One like Lyndon Johnson's defeat of Barry Goldwater in 1964 and more seats for the Democrats in both houses of Congress?

not definitely, his stance on family participants subject concerns has been far greater liberal that the NEO-conservative view and his foriegn coverage isn't as argessive because of the fact the neo-con platform. His professional-immigration stance on my own has positioned him at odds with many of the conservatives and his limits on company political contributions have made huge enemies interior the corporate worldwide. He have been given the republican nomination against huge protests by means of the occasion leaders. i'm fantastically useful he's greater average than the different senators in his occasion and he diffinately has labored with democrats on compromise law. He orcastrated the formation of the "gang of 14" to break a ineffective-lock betwenn rep's and dem's. i'm uncertain why you think of so badly of him. are you able to be greater particular?

"used to think for himself" is the operative phrase!

I'm as Liberal as they come, and I admired McCain in 2000. I thought he represented the best of the Republican party. The neocons really fu(ked him over, so they could get their puppet in place.

Through the years he has butted heads (some) with Bush over Iraq, but now he's sold his soul as far as I'm concerned. He's FOR the "surge", and now he's wooing the *religious* right. Pathetic!

You're not wrong. Neo-cons are destroying the country that I grew up in.

Damn right your wrong. John McCain hasn't thought for himself in years. And try to tell me that Democrats don't demand 100% agreement with their twisted views. McCain sided with Dems on campaign finance. A decision he now regrets.

I dunno im not a neo-con.

But I have had issues with McCain since he ran the last time as the one trick pony over campain finance reform ... which wasnt even anywhere on the charts of what people were concerned about.

Now he is down in Florida telling the Cuban immigrants how he is going to help immigration after he has ignored it for like a decade now.

What neo cons are you referring to? Why do all of your questions contain the word neo-cons?

I'm not sure what you mean by you first question.

You're right on your point about 100% agreement, the liberals are far better at playing "the lesser of evils" and "incrementalism".

So, no to your second question, you're not wrong.

Which Neocons are you talking about? A lot of people have criticized him (same as any other politician) but I didn't notice any Neocons leading the pack. Do you know what a Neocon is?
