For now, you should have your wrist wrapped and iced after every practice session. Keep your practice sessions shorter now. The correct way to serve is with the continental grip. If you use the semi-western grip to serve like some players, your wrist is always in danger and could be broken!!! When you use the continental grip, your wrist automatically breaks by itself and snaps at the ball. Make sure you move your weight forward so that your wrist doesn't take all the pressure. Your chest should be facing forward towards the net so that your wrist breaks smoothly and snaps towards the ball strongly. Good Luck with tennis!!!!!

Wear a wrist brace. When serving, the European front stance is easier on the body than the American John McEnroe side stance. Just get a consistent toss in front of you hit down as you move forward.

rub a little of Ben Gay on your joints & areas that gives you pain.
The corect way to serve is 1- Tose the ball the right height & direction. 2-Use your body as an arc, bending & hitting.
It's hard to tell you in words how. That is why you need a coach. I coach !
