who was the first singer or band to interpret"without you"?

i thought it was Air supply.am i wrong?

It was definitely Badfinger, covered by Nilsson, Air Supply and even Clay Aiken. I personally prefer the Air Supply version!

It was Badfinger, the the song was written by Pete Ham and sang by him too. He had a lot of hits with Badfinger but sadly committed suicide due to Band's fading status which could not keep a record label.
