There's a tab on the lid. Line it up w/ the tab or red dot on the bottle,

ugh i kno why do they have to make it so hard to open the tylenol bottle i mean if im taking it is cuz im sick or have a head ache and when i have a headache or sick its just to hard to consentrate on opening it let alone being sick makes u weak.

no... i don't believe in pain medications... you should just live with it... if you need medicine to numb your pain you might as well just be dead... pain is what let's us know we're real...
