I'm going to a new Dr. than the one who put me on clomid and saw me during my last pregnancy. How do I go about any lab test and files sent to the new Dr. or will the new Dr. have them sent to him? How do I go about doing this?

Call the old doctor, and let them know you need your files transferred to the new one. They'll have a policy and a procedure in place for transferring records. You'll probably need to fill out a release form, allowing the old doctor to share your records.

you will have to fill a release form, but the old dr will send it to the new dr. you can get copies for yourself or because you want to give it to your new dr but it cost money.. my office charges a 15 flat fee to get it started and .10 cents a page after that. best bet get your dr to fax to new dr

i would call the doctor's office and ask about what you should do to get your files transferred over. more than likely, they will have them sent directly from the other doctor.
