My first suggestions, so you won't have to go into the store if it's simple, is to try 0000, 1111, or the last four digits of the phone number that's currently tied to that phone. (Which I guess would be his phone number, the last 4 digits). If none of those options work, unfortunately you will have to take it into a Verizon Wireless store (make sure it's a DIRECT store, not an Indirect) and see if they have On-site Technicians. If they do, they would definitely be the ones to see (I'm one!). They will have a computer to hook it up to and they can get the lock code off of it through the computer.

Best of luck to ya girl. Take care and let me know if you got it!

There are billions of possible combinations! If he has no idea what it is, you'd spend the rest of your life by trying all the possible combinations. Call your cell phone company, it should be possible to reset it.

try last 4 digits of his number or 0000 or 1111. If that doesn't work I don't know.

There aren't billions of combinations, 'only' 20736 of them, but still to many to try. But you should at least provide the type of phone.
