It sounds like you have commitment issues? Why did you just let Mr. Right go? Take all these decisions you have made and learn from them. Digest your feelings and write a pro and con list about why you drop these perfect? men? Good Luck!

I made the same mistake. I listened to my parents years ago when they said to dump my boyfriend as he wasn't 'good enough'. I've lived to regret it, though I don't feel any pain anymore as I am with a wonderful man. You will find someone else too.
At the end of the day, who knows what may have happened? If you stayed with him, he could have cheated on you and broke your heart, or something else - believe in fate and that it happened for a reason.

I did that too. I dated a guy that was crasy over me, but he was just to carried away with it. I'm with someone else and married and he's got a girlfriend, but when I see him around, it's obvious that he still loves me. I broke up with him, he tried to get me to come back but I didn't. He would watch the clock if I was late....I couldn't take that stuff so I broke it off with him. I still love him deep inside thought, shhhhhhhhh, I'd NEVER admit this to anyone, nor say it out loud, but yes, I know how you feel.

you were 16!! give yourself a break! there are plenty of great guys out there. yes regret is the worst feeling in the world. but it disappears when you live a full life and move on. you can love him, because God wouldnt want us not to love. but you dont have to sit around regretting a "lost" love. dont kick yourself. when you find mr. right, which is such a set up!, you will REGRET that you even considered anyone else to spend the rest of your life with! good luck!

finding someone else may be not a very bad idea if u have your own reasonable reason..but if u broke the relationship just because u are attracting to others, actually its not good...but dont worry, maybe u are finding someone that more understand u...dont judge the old boyfriend just becoz of his occupation now...so, just enjoy with ure condition now....believe in fate...

I think there's always regrets with every failed relationship, but at the time there was a reason that it failed. I think we sit and wonder what if? How would it be today, but there's no time for regrets. Just keep moving forward the best you can.

I've regretted it hours later. But also years later, in some cases.

Yes! I know what you are going through. I miss my ex from 6 years ago and now he won't even talk to me! I think about him everyday.
