Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..
But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

Maybe take him to a doctor, is there something they can give him? How about getting him on to here Q's & A's?
What are his likes. Does he play games on line, with others?
My older son play these neat games with other on line.
Sport might do it.

ah, that is tough...some people find that keeping a journal helps...if the depression is sever (which happens to alot of teens) maybe youneed to speak with a Dr.)....I think all teens experience at least some degree of depression...it is a really difficult age, just that some teens try to hide their feelings.

let him go for a sport, or push him a little into it, sports and exercise release happy hormones( thats true i jjust forget their name) this will probably help
also you should putmore deteails in like r u his parent or a friend? if your a parent just talk to him if your a friend then wel l talk to him lol but like hang out with him alot, and play games with him tell him jokes try to make him laugh

sports,band
my son plays Hockey,lacrosse,wrestles,soccer,basketball and hunts
he also plays drums,guitar and is learning base
he had to be pushed in some but it seems to keep him busy and is doing what he likes
