If you have to give CPR it is too late to do anything. I suppose you give a ferret CPR the same way as a small dog- chest compressions with 2 fingers alternating with breaths (through a funnel cupping your hands). Same basic style as humans but shrunken down

You hold their ribcage in one hand, hold your hand like a taco, put your thumb and index fingers where the elbows meet the chest. Gently and quickly squeeze 5 times, quickly blow a small puff of air in their nose while holding the mouth closed two times, and repeat the cycle. But if you need to know this info right at this very moment, it's too late.

I am guessing the same way you give humans but with a little less chest pressure.
