Is there a way to print Texas OAG child support and visitation paperwork online?

My friend is non-custodial parent and her ex is not allowing her to see her daughter on her weekends. She needs the paperwork showing when she has rights to her so that he has to let her go. Can this be printed online or only obtained thru the Attorney General's Office????

the paperwork wont make him.... she needs to go back to court, for the judge to deal with this denying the parent visitation.

a VERY big no-no in courts today. you cant deny someone seeing thier child, even if they dont pay child support, are always late with it, or current and on time.

Judges dont take kindly to that sort of thing.

She needs to have her rights enforced. tell her to call her county court house and ask how to file for enforcement of her rights.

Tell her to get 'set visitation' (ask for it in court or in her motion); thats set days / times for pick up and drop off of the child... and request a time the child is made available for phone calls (such as 7-8 pm nightly) for her to call and chat with the child if she wants.

If she already has a visitation order, she should go to the clerks office and get a copy. If her ex refuses visitation on her appointed day, she can call the sheriff to assist her in getting the visitation.

You can probably get a copy from the court house where the divorce was handled. She also needs to file contempt charges against him and keep record of everything.
