When I was little I wanted to be happily married and a mom. Today I am both. I have a job outside of my home but for me mom is my greatest, most important and most rewarding job. The job of raising my children to be the people they will grow up to be, to have something to do with the choices they make and to somehow make this world a better place through them is like I am contributing to the world in some way. Even if it is just a small way.

I wanted to be an artist or swim with belugas or dolphins in an underwater show like they had at Sea World (lol).
Now I work at a very small company making & shipping body care products to health food stores.

at first i wasnt sure then i thought about being a model. i went for it and was registered w/an agency but didnt get far in it cuz they wanted to send me some place and it was gonna cost like 3000 dollars so i didnt get to go. i also stopped going to their auditions cuz i had to be there at 8 in the morning and i lived like 3 hours away and couldnt drive myself there w/out any sleep. and my heart also started acting up and thats when i found out how bad my heart was. i was almost a model, but now im a stay at home mom.

I thought I wanted to be a teacher (which, in fact was what my PARENTS wanted); I now do network technical support (sort of a lesser of two evils thing for me - long story). If all goes well, I should be embarking on what I really want to do very soon - studying botany/biochemistry/genetics, after which I want to do research.

I wanted to be a lawyer. Have three children and a wonderful husband. What I have now is a degree in accounting in process, two wonderful children and the husband I always wanted.

I wanted to be a major league baseball player. I became a physician, until after my second heart attack. Now, I make & sell jewelry.......Old dreams never die, though. I still want to go to bat in Yankee Stadium, just once. Who knows? Maby it will happen tomorrow.

Ever since I was very young I wanted to be a nurse, at this moment I have just been accepted to the nursing program at my college.....I new what I wanted and went for it!

I wanted to be a garbage man ... you'd get to ride on the back of the truck ... standing... coolest thing ever!
Now I work in campus ministry. I hang out with college students, and talk to them about Jesus when it's appropriate.
