Sex doesn't 'directly' affect muscle growth, but you may be a little less 'motivated' after sex. Since sex generally relaxes people, you may not feel like going to the gym right afterwards. But if you wait a few hours, or the next day...you'll be fine. The orgasm (release of semen) shouldn't have any effect on muscle growth. You're still gonna have the testosterone needed to build muscle.

Dude man talk about Sex and muscle growth men dude here is what you do
Work out and i always do this drink a protein shake 1hr before workout and then one more shake and hour after i finished my workout and after that you need to relax to give your muscles time to grow well my friend sex relaxes you body 100% because sex is hot and steamy you will get more oxygen to all your muscles and along the way you will stretch your muscles to give them a little flexibility it always helps and after all is done you will be so relaxed go to sleep and then wake up the next day with a great attitude and ready to tackle anything life trows at you

Sex does not affect growth of your muscles in anyway, enjoy your sex. I would wait a couple hours before working out, to give your body time to recoup.

I would try some protein drinks to help with muscle recouperation and growth.

Good Luck

No it doesn't affect it, I mean the only thing it could do is that after sex the next day you just might be a bit fatigued from last night, and less inspired.

No, lead a normal sex life and you should be fine. Just look after yourself (eat BIG, rest LOTS, exercise SMART & HARD) and read this link.

peace!
