Let x be the rectangle's width
Then the length is 2x - 5
and the perimeter is:
2*x + 2*(2x-5) = 250
2x + 4x - 10 = 250
6x = 260
x = 43.33

The width is 43.33 feet
The length is 2*(43.33) -5 feet, or 81.67 feet
