I always thought about that too. I wear glasses, but I don't wrinkle my nose and squint.

Ever worn sunglasses my friend? Glasses tend to be heavy on the nose/face, and sometimes people wrinkle their nose to push them up, cause they slide down the nose. It just looks like they are squinting. Put yourself in their place and you might "see" them a little differently.

Because on some glasses there is a line where the glass is split & only the top part of the glass lens has magnification.

Squinting changes the shape of the eyeball, and sharpens the focus.

they are pushing up their glasses cause they feel like they are falling down or sliding down their noses, then it becomes a habit
